Norman took the Goblin King’s suit, modding the armor morr slimmer than bulky, accurate and added a new color as secondary. Then adding a gauntlet on his both wrist, and fly on Goblin Glider instead of hologram glider boots by his son.
Sinister Arc is over overacting arc that’s built-up throughout two or three’s arc, when Norman’s donned new identity and led his Sinister Eight against Spider-Man for thawth his plans to gain goal, and fail attempts defeating Spider-Man. Blame Spider-Man stole everyone from him, that’s everyone he built and Norman’s want Harry to carry on their legacy.
