Bilderberg Academy was a boarding school in New York until it was revealed that it headmaster Monica Rappaccini was using the school as a front for A.IM'S experiment on the Avengers Captain America Captain Marvel and the Hulk.
After Spider-Man and Ms' Marvel posed as students of the academy and revealed that it was being used by A.I.M to recruit student students into their ranks Bilderberg Academy was closed down.
