Black Cat (real name: Felicia Hardy) is a thief.
History[]
Black Cat is a highly skilled thief who first encountered Spider-Man when trying to rob Horizon High. After getting away several times due to her luck powers, she was finally caught by Spider-Man and delivered to the police.
Black Cat steals the prize money for the beach's hot dog eating contest. After having some bad luck again trying to catch Black Cat, Spider-Man turned the tide by tricking Black Cat into giving herself bad luck by staring at her reflection which led to her getting buried in sand. While webbing up an immobilized Black Cat's eyes, Spider-Man leaves her for the police and returns the prize money just in time for Miles Morales to win the hot dog eating contest.

Black Cat aka Felicia Hardy has long white pixie cut hair with side swept bangs, green eyes which become cat-like when she uses her powers, and wears pink lipstick.

Her attire consists of a black jump suit with side pockets under a black jacket with white fur on the lining, black gloves, and black boots. She also wears a black mask.

Black Cat has a strong personality and can be a bit sassy at times. She is shown to also be a bit flirty.

Black Cat thinks of Spider-Man as a tease and would sometimes flirt with him which often gets him in trouble, especially when she uses her bad luck powers on him.

- Bad Luck Inducement: Black Cat has the power to give bad luck to anyone who comes into eye contact of her. When she does this, her eyes become cat-like.

- Grey Griffin (known then as Grey DeLisle) previously did the voice of Ms. Marvel in The Super Hero Squad Show.
- First version of Back Cat in the animated continuity with 'bad luck' powers.
- This version of Black Cat also a seems to be an homage to DC Comics Batman villainess Magpie, who is also voiced by Grey Griffin in Beware The Batman.
- Griffin also previously voiced Catwoman in certain DC video games, starting with Batman: Arkham City.
- In Spider-Man/Black Cat: The Evil That Men Do Vol 1 1, Felicia appears thinking to herself that it has been too long since she's had a boyfriend "or a girlfriend, for that matter," indicating that she's bisexual. This was later confirmed in Black Cat Vol 1 10.
- Felicia had been educated in a Catholic school.
- Black Cat seems more likely to be about 5 years older than Spider-Man. Felicia is in her early to mid-twenties. Similar to her Ultimate Universe counterpart.
