Curt Connors is a character introduced on the first season of Marvel's Spider-Man. who appeared in Season 1 The Rise of Doc Ock Part 2 He then worked for Norman Osborn forced him to become the Lizard in exchange for the regrowth of he's missing arm. in Season 3. Connors is responsible for the venom symbiotic being unleashed on the world again after trying to expose Max Modell's continued work on it for an unknown client. Unfortunately in Spider-Man Unmasked after figuring out Peter Parker was Spider-Man Connors was successful in getting Max Modell removed from Horizon High and now the Headmasters and owner of the school that until he was exposed as Norman's co-conspirator leading the latter to be reinstated However in Generations, he turned into the Lizard after Norman telling him that there is no full cure for the Lizard. He then escaped from Norman's lair and was never to be seen again.
History[]
Early Years[]
Curt Connors is depicted as a scientist working for Oscorp. In the episode "The Rise of Doc Ock" Pt. 2, Connors comes across Oscorp's project that involves regrowing arms with reptilian DNA. When he takes an unimproved sample to use to regrow his lost arm, it turns him into Lizard where he targets Norman Osborn. After Lizard is subdued at Oscorp, Norman Osborn is secretly behind the cure as he wants to manipulate events to get Otto Octavius on his side. When Lizard "breaks free" and Otto Octavius uses a formula with tainted data on Lizard, it turns Lizard into a giant lizard monster. Upon isolating the DNA sample, Spider-Man and Spider-Man II were able to come up with a cure to use on the weak part of Lizard's head to restore him to normal.

Connors is a forty year old man with blonde hair glasses and a five-o-clock shadow. He is always seen wearing a lab coat in his appearances. In Season 3 Maximum Venom Connors uses a prosthetic arm in place of his real One.
As the Lizard Connors becomes a humanoid lizard and his lab coat is torn upon the transformation. When transformating even further into a kaju-size lizard he loses his lab coat and pants

Like many others under Norman's employ Connors was taken advantage of by Norman.
Norman promised Connors a formula that would regrown his arm only if he continued to become the Lizard in order der for Norman to manipulate Otto Octavius into jumping Oscorp.
In Generations it was revealed that Connors was working for Norman Osborn ever since Max Modell Gave him a Job at Horizon High. Norman Promised Connors that he would give him a Cure for what Lizard formula has done to his body However Like Norman has always done in the Past he Lied to Connors in Order to Make Him his minion. Connors transformed into the Lizard and retaliated attacking Osborn before escaping into the City
Peter Parker/Spider-Man[]
During The Rise of Doc Ock Part 2 Connors never interested with Spider-Man. but was seen accepting a coast after Spider-Man cured him of his Lizard transformation.
A year later in Vengeance of Venom Connors is a new instructor at Horizon High who Peter respected until Conner's unintentionally released the v-252 symbiotic in an attempt to get Max Modell kicked out of Horizon High. In Spider-Man Unmasked Conners figured out that Peter was Spider-Man from eavesdropping on a conversation between Miles Morales Gwen Stacy and Anya Corazon having made an educated guess from Miles Morales mistakingly referring to both Peter and Spider-Man in the same conversation. With this knowledge Connors used it as leeway as to why Max Modell
In Spider-Man Unmasked Connors revealed that he figured out Peter's secret identity as Spider-Man and ousted him to not only Gwen and Anya but the board of Education in order to ruin Spider-Man's credibility in defending Max's position at Horizon High.

Some time in between in the conclusion of season 2 and the beginning of Season 3 Max offered Connors a job as an instructor at Horizon High. However it was part of a plan by Connors to expose Max's continued work on the V-252 symbiotic for Norman Osborn and get Modell kicked out of Horizon. While this really for Norman to gain control of Horizon Connors was only doing this to get a cure for a disease caused by his Lizard transformation
