- He was one of the Students selected for the school secret project which was later revealed to be a machine created by AIM to siphon the powers of the Avengers. in Season 3 Grady transfers to Horizon High and accidentally released a machine called Technovore upon the school.

In Spider-Man Unmasked Gwen pulled Grady out of way when the Rhino they assumed was Aleksei woke up and escape Horizon High. Grady appreciated the favour saying that he owed her life. When Gwen said that she would settle for a smoothie and gave him a friendly fist bump to the shoulder he smiled at her with admiration
In Maximum Venom Grady realized he does have a crush on Gwen when setting up banners for the dance committee as a favour for her. Around the time of the dance Grady asks Gwen to be his date by sending her a letter with his helper robot due to his shyness Gwen accepts his invitation with a coy smile.
