Hammerhead (real name Joseph) is a mob boss in New York who sometimes fights Spider-Man.
History[]
Hammerhead was a respected mob boss, and after being sick of Flint Marko's failures, he arranged a meeting at a factory in New Jersey with him. Flint had brought his daughter, Keemia, with him and asked her to stay in the car, but she followed her father inside the factory and saw him be betrayed by Hammerhead. Marko survived Hammerhead's attempt on his life, but he and Keemia were transformed into living sand. Keemia, blaming her father for what happened to her, partnered with Hammerhead, and when her father showed up alongside Spider-Man to rescue her from the mob boss, she fought and defeated them due to her great control over her abilities. Nevertheless, Spider-Man got the upper hand when the alien substance known as V-252 bonded to him and enhanced his already-superhuman abilities. Keemia managed to escape, but Hammerhead and his goons were sent to jail. Sandman's fate is unknown.
Later on, Hammerhead got out of prison and was up to his old ways. He hired Randy Macklin to steal jewels. However, Macklin betrayed Hammerhead as he used ice power gauntlet to become Blizzard.
Later, Hammerhead hired Carl Creel, the Absorbing Man, to steal a flash drive that could land Hammerhead in prison again. However, due to the interference of Spider-Man and Screwball, the drive was discovered and Hammerhead was sent to jail again.
Physical Apperance[]
Hammerhead is a burly man with a large head with a flat top which earned him the name. He also has brown eyes and dark brown hair.
His attire consists of a dark brown suit with stripes on it, a red shirt under the jacket, and a dark red bow tie.
Personality[]
Hammerhead takes his criminal career very seriously. He is also very ruthless.

Flint Marko/Sandman[]
Flint works for Hammerhead. However, Hammerhead betrayed him which lead to him and Flint's daughter, Keemia, being transformed into sand people.
Keemia Alarado/Sand Girl[]
After betraying Flint Marko, Keemia went to work for Hammerhead who provided the resources to help better control her powers.
Randy Macklin/Blizzard[]
Randy Macklin worked for Hammerhead before he betrayed him. Before becoming Blizzard, Hammerhead considered him a lesser thug.
Carl Creel/Absorbing Man[]
Hammerhead hired the Absorbing Man to steal a flash drive that could put him away for good.
