Oscorp Industries is one of the world's largest companies in the world apart from Stark Industries. It was owned by Norman Osborn, until Harry Osborn succeeded his father.
History[]
A class of Midtown High students, including Peter Parker, took a field trip here along with Peter's friend, Harry Osborn, whose father owns it. After one of the genetically modified spiders escape, it bites Peter and he gains its powers.
After Harry was suspended from Horizon High, his father founded Osborn Academy on the top floor of the building.
After Harry was cleared of all charges, Peter went to get harry for the dance at Horizon High where Harry, at the insistence of his father, chose to stay in Osborn Academy. Here, Norman also had a conversation with Raymond Warren about a teaching position.
Later on, Spencer Smythe, who teamed up with Raymond, stole genetically altered spiders. However, he bumped into Miles Morales and one of them escapes and bites Miles and giving him its abilities.

This is where Oscorp scientists do most of their work. This is where Peter was when he was bitten.

This is where Norman Osborn runs his company. It also has a television where Norman would watch the news.

This is where Norman and Harry live.
